Ceramic tile and matching ceramic base in an industrial facility. Ceramic base instead of vinyl cove means the wall-to-floor joint is as durable and cleanable as the field tile itself.
In industrial space the substrate is rarely flat and rarely dry. Testing and correcting the slab came first; the tile went down after.
