Since 1986

The team behind the build.

A family company. Terry founded the business in 1986 and Travis runs the bid desk. Trademark Development Group brings the general contracting; flooring is self-performed by our subsidiary, Trade Mark Floors.

Travis W. Mialback

President

Travis joined the company in 2013 and runs estimating, bids and client relationships. Plans sent to the office land on his desk. Same work ethic as his father, and the customer comes first.
